What is spiritual life coaching?

Often times we know what we need to be doing to make our lives better, but there is this seemingly unclimbable wall blocking us from taking these steps. No matter what we do we can’t seem to just do it. Or if we do end up taking a few steps, we are very easily knocked off course and we’re back to step one. Time and time again. This usually causes a lot of self-loathing, self-doubt, and we tend to use this as proof that we are less worthy or even keeps un the victimhood mindset. “The world is against me,” kind of thinking.

The missing ingredient for many programs out there is spiritual. We are spiritual beings, if we ignore this major aspect of our lives, the rest can fall apart pretty easily. Working on our spiritual health fills in the missing pieces that holds the whole healing process together.

The key to healing is knowing who you truly are. Shedding layers of masks, trauma response, strategies and stories we are attached to to cope with life. It’s learning how to fully love yourself. It’s knowing, deep in your marrow, in your own divinity. During this program you will start to unpack that which holds you back, you will be built up in light so you can then face and heal your shadows head on. Best bit is you’ll be supported along the process.

What are the benefits of this program?

This program is designed to help you break free of negative thought & behavior patterns, fight apathy and stagnation, and arms you with tools to overcome obstacles. This program will shed a lot of Light into the areas that block us from reaching our highest potential allowing us to overcome them. This program is designed to help you to remember who and what you truly are allowing you the empowerment and freedom to create the life you want.

The healings help you connect with your Higher Self, the highest version of you, helping you get guidance and clarity about your life in all areas. You’ll be supported energetically through weekly group coaching sessions some private coaching, which means you’re guided throughout the process. I’ll be there to answer questions and to help navigate your healing process.

What does this program include?

The 6 and the 12-week program include: The Life Activation, The Full Spirit Activation, weekly meditations, and 6 or 12 individual coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are meant to be done weekly, but can be spread out a bit.
For the 12-week program, there are 2 highly empowering classes as well: Sacred Geometry 1 and Empower Thyself.

The Life Activation

To be completed in or before week 1. This Activation awakens your divine blueprint, heightens your connection with your Higher Self, while enabling you to bring in and anchor more Light in your physical body. The Life Activation empowers you to maximize your potential, to bring forth unrevealed talents and abilities, and gives you more vitality and clarity. It begins a process of releasing unconscious patterns (old emotional traps we fall into), and clears family and genetic karmic patterns, and so much more.

The Full Spirit Activation

To be completed after week 4. While the Life Activation amplifies your personal connection to your higher self, the FULL SPIRIT ACTIVATION takes that one step further to increase your connection to your soul. By activating these higher aspects of your energy bodies, you are switching on the “superhero system” that exists within everyone. This is the potential to perform miracles in your life and the opportunity to optimize our own divinity.

Weekly Coaching Calls

Starting week 1. Coaching will have a few aspects.
1. I will give you a topic to both meditate and journal about. This will be at-home work you’ll be doing. Keys to living a higher vibrational life. We will discuss these topics and then you’ll go through the process at home.

2. Stress-Reduction principals will be discussed so you can practice them at home and at work. Stress reduction helps our mental and physical health as well.

3. Every week you’ll check-in with our wins and struggles during the week.

4. Every week you’ll have access to group meditations already in-progress at the center. Meditation helps us calm our nervous system so we can think more clearly and reduce our stress hormones. This has a cascading benefit to our mental, physical, and spiritual health. The meditations we do are great even for us with the most squirrely brains.

Sacred Geometry 1 - Class

This class is included in the 12-Week program.
The 6-Week program attendees can add this on for $125.

Creating a sacred space has become increasingly important. The desire to have a safe space to work and play is part of the New Paradigm energy.

Empower Thyself

This class is included in the 12-Week program.
The 6-Week program attendees can add this on for $1400.

The teacher of this class is Kelly Aho or Brandon Aho.

This course will introduce you to metaphysical concepts and ancient teachings to EMPOWER your life with the secrets of the sages that have been kept hidden throughout history.

Program Options

The 6-Week Program is profound and impactful. If you put in the work, you’ll get a a huge head start on your healing journey. It comes with an easier price point and less of a time commitment. You can add on other classes and healings as you go, if you desire, but the discount will be less than what is included in the 12-Week Program.

The 12-Week Program is the full program, meaning more topics during the group coaching sessions will be covered and there will be more time for integration and supported growth. You have the Sacred Geometry 1 class and the Empower Thyself class already included in your package, which have the power transform your life all on their own.

I can also travel to your location for all of it, but the energy exchange doubles.

Dates, Times & Details

Life Activation. These are done on an individual appointment basis. Needs to be done prior to week 1, if possible, but during week 1 at the latest.

Full Spirit Activation. Also an individual appointment. Minimum of 3 weeks after the Life Activation.

Coaching Sessions are up to 80 minutes long, once a week. Can be rescheduled, if needed.

Meditations. We have Meditation Mondays at 6 & 7p every Monday. Sanctuary Meditation is available on Wednesdays at 630p.

Sacred Geometry Class will be held early on in the program. It’s a 4-hour Class.

Empower Thyself Class is 2-day class and the next one is March 23rd-24th and then June 29th-30th. 10-6 ish both days. We will be discussing the dates for this on week 1.
